This was inspired by the late night bowls of ramen my Mom would make for us growing up. It was not only filling & yummy but helped us clear the fridge of leftovers.

Mama noodles 😍😍😍 If I don't have any on hand, I figured out that adding Tajin to other ramen tastes similar

Love the Mama noodles so much 😭 as a viet person myself, this is the one thing I consider my comfort

I cant cook or anything so just eating the ramen as it is, is enough for me

Mama ramen is so good. Tried it 6 years ago and my fave are the tom yum and chicken. The creamy tom yum is such a nice base for a quick kapoon too :")

I still eat this from time to time. Add lamb meat from hot pot and some Tom yum paste to it to up the taste. Napa cabbage goes well with it too.
