You have transformed our meals in our house 😊 whilst off work recovering from a bad motorcycle accident I’ve taken up cooking…. My two fave lessons are ‘Mase en plas’ and garlic just before you add liquid to lick the flavour in the dish…. Never add water use a broth !!! And almost always add butter at the end !!!

We use to milk the cows in the morning, let the milk set out for the cream to settle to the top. Skim the cream off and put it in Mason jars and then watch TV as we made butter shaking the jars.

Can add anything, salt, garlic, oregano and thyme, so many options!! And butter you make yourself tastes so much better than the store bought ❤❤

I love making my own butter. It's so easy, and you can't get it any better anywhere. The more you rinse, the longer it will last in the fridge. 17 years, maybe 😅😂😁
