5 things to obtain level of focus
1. Diet: no sweetener/sugar or carbs during workday
2. Morning routine: (steady wavelength)
3. Awareness (your thoughts) = meditation: 20 minutes focusing on your breath
4. All or nothing: Finishing things
5. Environment: no distractions
The evolution of short videos such as Tiktok and reels just makes people think shorter. Thank you for sharing these lessons

“Environment is always greater than your will power”. This phrase should be shared all over the world. I hate when people base all results into sheer force of will, when it’s not.

The more you become focused the more you fall in love with that state of being.

Keep up with this "raw" form of content, it is way more valuable than someone who focuses on the lighting, colors and all that stuff. What is great about you is that you teach us valuable lessons instead of just telling us stuff we want to hear!

1. Diet

No breakfast
Lunch at 1pm with no carbs

2. Morning

More calmness=more focus
No Alarm
Exercise
Meditate
Go to work

3. Awareness

Internal stimuli(your mind)
External stimuli(environment)
Write down all distractions you had in one day every day for 30 days(analysis of your distraction)

4. Meditation
Start small, focus on breathing and nothing more
(LOOP)Breath->thought in mind-> you saw thought and got rid off it-> back on breathing, point is to do this loop as fast as possible

5. All or nothing
Finish what you started, you listening to music, listen to the end, talking with friends, dont look at phone... and so on

6. Environment
Change your physical environment
Change your digital environment(use UnDistracted and adblocker)

Abundance is everywhere. The mentality of ‘You must lose for me to win’ is old thinking. Competition is the matrix way of keeping us bound in 3D thinking and living. The potential to succeed and live abundantly is infinite. Only bound by our narrow minds.

This is the BEST personal development on YOUTUBE.
I got more done in 2.5 hours than I had in two weeks by not picking up my phone and just getting to work. I’m going to create an addiction in myself to this - what a SUPER POWER ❤

@29:00 This! You glanced over this but in my opinion was the main take away. You have guard your brain from stimuli so that the only stimuli you get is from the work your doing. Great job using a low stimulus amplitude waveform to describe this!

Instead of coffe caffeine I suggest matcha or green tea because it has l theanine that can make you feel calm and focused it releases energy over time instead of in a burst to drain you. It’s also insanely healthy because of anti oxidants.

Environment vs. Willpower.
Fact that environment always wins, I got to realize this hard way.
Toxic personalities, not like minded people, undisciplined etc etc....I am putting myself to a place of millionaires where just for the environment after I am one of them
