Well said Michael. First time I felt not much of a difference from focus 10 to focus 12. I was asking myself “is this it ?” Then second time I let go of all my expectations and I started feeling energy in my head expanding as I went from 10 slowly to focus 12. “I was saying to myself “Woow this is it”. Please keep your videos up they’re very helpful.

Michael, are you familiar with the Lifeline Program from the Monroe Institute? It seems you have to have a prerequisite to get in the Lifeline program. You have to complete one of residents or virtual retreats in order to qualify for Lifeline, which is another virtual retreat. One of the prerequisites is completions of the Gateway Experience guided online course.

When I was in focus 10 I realise my vision colour was turn black into white into purple and i can feel energy too. Can u just explain what it is because I don’t about this but I can feel …thank you Michael !

Thanks for the video. I've been stuck in focus 12 for a while. Can not tell any significant difference between focus 10 and focus 12. At some point, I think the focus 12 is already astral projecting but we still can feel our physical body. But from the monroe institute youtube channel, in their latest video about Miranon, even in focus 12 they can channeling other entity and that makes me feel "am I doing it wrong?". Even though your video doesn't really answer my confusion, but I have a bit of understanding about it. Once again, thanks a lot😁🙏

Am I supposed to be able to visualize the outside world in focus 12? Is it a visual experience?
