Gateway Experience - Intro focus 12, Journey over London?

The week that started with a sense of playful curiosity has continued and I'm now beginning to experience hallucinations real or imagined around the City of London. As I explained in the video This is different from normal imagination from the point of view that it is consistent and constant and that I can get to focus on certain buildings that go well beyond what I would expect with imagination.

The Hemi sync signal is now encouraging a transition to focus 12 and I'm curious to find out how this makes a difference to the overall gateway Experience.

Thank You for sharing your experience. I stucked in the wave 1 CD for a very long time. Your vlog motivated me to do the wave 2 focus. Although there is no right or wrong answer, I definitely feel the differences between focus 10 and focus 12.

Yes later it does tend to lose structure however I found that although jarring you are often 'in' Focus 12 without realising it. I've been using Gateway for around two years now and I find it beneficial to sometimes go back to earlier stages. Don't worry too much about it feeling like it is getting ahead of you, I felt like that too it seems that your brain attunes itself to the length of time needed eventually and some days I find it harder than others. The resonant tuning seems to be the most important factor in everything at least for me.

I feel like every time when i do the tapes i see that the dark ness infront of my eyes widens too like im looking into space its really wierd and i cant explain it

When you said your drawn to the right, this piqued my interest, im also going through the Gateway Program and current on advanced focus 10, and ive notice that after a few moments, i feel the pressure or somtimes strong pulling to the right, mostly in my right foot and right shoulder. Let me know if this sounds familiar, you may be on to something.

In Focus 10, could someone help me with the resonant tuning? What should you be humming to, the background singing? Is there a specific frequency that is used? Thanks. It would be great to see an example of this.

Not sure if it’s related but your statement of being pulled to the right side, reminded me of the Silva Method. He said that the past is perceived on the right and the future to the left. Again, not sure if its related or not.
I started to do the gateway tapes but Im stuck on Recharge and Release. I’ve heard unintelligible chatter while I listen to the tapes. I’ve also heard strange noises around the house while Im home alone meditating to the tapes. That’s mainly why I haven’t finished Recharge and Release. Im a little scared to see or experience other entities. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Hi, i have a question. I keep getting sinus pressure when i get into focus 10. I have it for a good while afterwards aswell. What does it mean?

I would be greatful if you could try your abilities to try getting into the free flow state and try telekineses I think allot of your viewers would love that a live video of you getting into that state and trying to move say a little wheel they are available on Amazon

As I go through the Gateway experience, sometimes I drift off and either fall asleep or lose track of where I am and regain consciousness at the end. Is that a problem?

Would you say at ANY point you've encountered anything "spooky" or "malevolent"?... I've started the process 1st step. The resonant tuning vibrated my whole lower body (super cool feeling) but the chant breathing out sounded a bit "dark"... I'm scared of demon possession. There I said it lol!
