The best video i have seen on Focus. I always used Do Not Disturb when going to bed at night but Focus totally confused me. But after watching this video i can see i have so many more options.

It’s reminiscent of the old Nokia’s where you could set your phone in different modes eg if you wanted it loud, quiet off etc. I just want it silenced when I sleep, can’t see me ever using another setting than that.

Thank you for the video. I also do not like the focus mode. If I’m busy, and I do not want to be disturbed, I would just used to not disturb. They made it more complicated by giving us all these options. Just my humble opinion.

The older app had easy access to shut down the DND focus. Pull the screen down, select DND Off and Im set to take the World on! I’m not seeing any easy way to do that on iPhone 13 Pro.. Help, please 🙏

Can't find a way to setup a nap time of 30min for example, or meeting for 45min where I don't want to be disturbed. How can I set it, so if I click the focus for my meeting, for 45min I won't be disturbed, but will re-enable itself back once 45min have elapsed. Am I missing something or is this basic feature not there? it's 1 hour no matter what?

Thank you for this video, very thorough, I came to it because I have selected Automation every day from 22:00 till 9:00 in the morning (in order to peacefully sleep at night without any disturbance), but instead I don’t get notifications at all, all day long, even from Favorites which are allowed. I still don’t understand, can someone please help?

If You Put Your Phone On Focus For One Specific Person For A Certain Amount Of Time When They Call You Does Your Phone Ring On There End Or Does It Go To Voicemail ? And Does The Call Show Up On Your Screen When That Person Trys To Calls You ?

Before I updated my phone. I could automatically activate do not disturb and all apps and calls would be silenced now since the update I have to go in and manually do it? And it’s confusing still even w this tutorial for me! I will not update my phone again. This is to complicated
