Intro to Focus 12 [IT'S GETTING CRAZY] - Wave 2 Tape 1

Recap of my experience with Wave 2 Tape 1 of the Gateway Experience, produced by Robert Monroe and the Monroe Institute.

I have been staying at Intro to Focus 12 for a few weeks now because I had not felt very strong effects from it as I had at earlier stages. I have recently gotten very vivid and lucid dreams as you've described and that distortion of "time".
What was really shocking about this video though is your description of the "White Room". I too experienced seeing a white room!
In terms of visuals I saw a lot of ants. Very very detailed imagery of ants.

I’m currently on Focus 10 and I have also experienced the distortion of time. It seems that in that state time doesn’t exist. I just did Focus 10 the other day and I heard a booming voice (male) saying ‘go deeper through the silence’!

I had a flash of smoke appear with a strange red room. A Flying one as well but it was a strange light blue at full speed

I'm currently on focus 10 and everytime I see myself in this white room meditating to the tape, sometimes the scenario changes and it moves me across outer space

Focus 12 is quite lovely. I rather enjoy the sense of expansion that comes with going to that level. Hope the rest of your practice goes well!

Yes i thought my brother turn on my room light because it look like someone turn on the lught when i am sleeping but to my suprise my room was still dark CRAZZYY..but mine was in focus 10 not 12

I dont know which focus im at
Beings always visit in my room, sometimes 4 of them.. sometimes i seel Ancient Symbols qnd mathematical Equations. I had several Lucid dreams.. One an Angel appeared during my sleep and took me to space i was flying beyond the speed of light.. So now I have been to focus 21 because i dont understand how this things works .. i was out of body this other time and i ddnt realise that i was out body and i was standing in my room but the room look so Vivid i ddnt understand until i realised that im out of body..
Thie other day i was meditating i got a signal and started to communicate with beings on the other side telepathic... When i was busy talkng in my mind i was talking to my sister and brother but when i was out in that frequency in the morning i called my sister ans ask if o talked to her, she said no.

Guys i am freaking out, I am confused whats happening

Thanks for your sharing. I have a question. You mentioned problem solving. Have you every tried to dial a phone number or add 2 + 2? I ask because I think in those states we can't perform simple integer adds and subtracts.

It’s sooo crazy cause I tried the intro to focus one where your mind stays awake and your body stays asleep. IT WAS COOL BUT SCARRRY ALMOST LIKE SLEEP PARALYSIS were you try to wake up only there was no dark figure there

The white, specifically a focused light can be a Nimmitar . Search the Jhanas in buddist meditation. You 'an use the Nimmitar as your new concentration object to go into a higher dimension. Check it out. 😊

interesting i am experiencing white flashings in focus 10 they are not like imagination nor real light but something between them this is really interesting. The flashings were incontrollable but not harsh tho they acted as a natural phenomenon.
