Can someone help me figure this out I just meditated ( no tapes just focusing)and I had this weird feeling where it was like my mind or consciousness was more powerful I guess and while it was happening it felt a massive amount of focus to the point my ears where ringing does anyone know why I would love answers

Hi man. Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm also in the motions of focus 12. I have done it also around 10 times but I don't feel like I am fully emmersed yet. I can also stay awake until the end and of course experience the body numbness. The most recent experience I had between alternating between 10-12 was a slight floaty feeling from 10-12 and then a sinking feeling from 12-10. This is only in the last 2 attempts, and I feel like I am at least progressing even if it is slowly. The hardest part for me is the energy conversion and converting everything physical into it, I try and imagine myself floating in space and literally put the entire planet into the energy conversion box. That actually helped remove the material thoughts. Anyway just thought I'd share some of my own experience and good luck to you all in the process of this. We will break through eventually. It's comforting that Monroe states the more you do it the more experienced you'll get, that keeps me going!
