I do not think this is very useful and good advice, because we must face our desires, demons and cravings most of the time alone, so surrounding yourselves with friends and escaping your thoughts through never ending socialization, will never let you free yourself from your inner fight. I mean people can help you thtrough tough times, but most importatant battle you must win is in your head. For example when you understand that porn is giving you nothing only suffering and anxiety, you will not have cravings again, but you must contemplate and understand it.
N.4 is also very highly questionable, getting married quickly as possible just in sake of being married and free from sexual desires of other women, without truly loving the person and knowing that you want to spend you whole life with her? I think it depends, but most people who got married quickly are not happy.
