I stopped that sin on April 27, 2021. I said enough was enough and after about 8 years of it, I completely stopped. I was free for a year. I went a whole year without it, but in May of this year I saw explicit images and the feelings flooded me and I relapsed. And I've been struggling ever since. When Jesus said narrow is the gate, and few will find it, He is being literal. The gate is narrow, and very few will find it. It's a difficult road and difficult journey. Brothers in Christ, pray constantly. Always pray. Never give up. Jesus died on the cross and shed His precious blood for us sinners. Repent, and turn from your sin. Your flesh is weak, but your spirit must be strong. Build up your spiritual strength through prayer. Read the Bible always. Fill your mind with the Word of God, and keep Christ's commandments. Jesus is coming back soon. Don't be lost when the time comes. For the day of the Lord comes as a thief in the night.

Thank you, brother Marc! I've been a born again Christian for 5 months and before I had come to faith, I struggled a lot with lust and masturbation. And there was even a time when I used to struggle with same sex attraction ( I'm a girl). I thought that lust was a good thing since I grew up in an Atheist family and my parents told me that we are just beasts who evaluated from monkeys or whatever and there's no objective morality and we can do almost whatever we want. I once realised that Jesus is truly my Lord and Saviour, I repented of all my wicked sinful ways and surrendered everything to Him, and He truly delivered me from sins that kept me in bondage.
