I tried out the Frog+Princess combo. The frog next to a princess turns into a knight that buffs the permanent damage of all towers at placement and at every time it levels up. Its good because it also gives himself permanent exp, hp and attack every round.
By the end of the demo i had 5 lvl 3 mosquitoes with 33 attacks each at the start of a round. I had two knights (lvl 4 and 5) next to a lvl 2 princess. The knights also had high stats at around 90/90.
At the end i replaced the chest with a snake tower for extra damage.

Good strategy for mosquitos at beginning of the game is if you choose the cat and milk token bonus before starting you put a mosquito in the front as a tank and give it both tokens so it scales every rounds, could always put a milk tower behind it too as well. Also using frog, princess, and witch is very strong as well!

Personally I max out my mosquito builds at 3 mosquito towers, the extra attack from other towers is pretty worthless because it doesn't scale, and you'll get a lot more out of some frog/prince, snake, or witch towers. Probably the easiest build to get consistent wins with just because mosquitos are really easy to get going and counter the first boss pretty hard, where a lot of other builds like milk get countered by the first boss so they're hard to get going.

I thought you could do a Obsidian Flower Honey Bee Forge strategy? Its a completely cracked strategy where you can get health and hp!

an early lvl 2 forge is probably what this build needs, plus that red book is probably needed.

Early game - when you have empty tower slots and enemy HP are low - that +1 damage is worth it.
Late game? Area 2? Not worth replacing a useful tower.
Annoyance count acts as a multiplier on the damage number. The mosquitos just get several times the hits, especially vs bosses high damage.

Oi you passed up on the forge. Forge could have made all your Mosquitoes stronger.
