This is also because of what I have seen with my own two eyes, on numerous occasions, the homeless and often criminalminded sometimes more than one persons sheltering from the cold or rain or sleeping in the lobbies of these banks, charging their phones or loitering or causing disturbances.

If only there was some way to keep criminals off the street. If only there was a place to hold people as a punishment for a crime they have committed.

You're not going to be temporary and soon they're just going to be taking money out your bank account it's called a bail-in. The IMF and the Central Bank of the u.s. already have these systems in place including legislation to make it all legal. Look it up bail-ins.

Too bad they don't have drive up ATM's in NYC. You could still get robbed at a drive up ATM but its a lot easier to get away and possibly run over the robber.
