I think that Spider Man’s “death” was the one that really got everyone. Spider Man was the comic relief. We knew things would be ok and light and happy when he was around. But it felt almost as if hope was snuffed out. Like, “damn, even him?”

Iron Man chose to help bring back half of the Universe because of Peter Parker.

Tony's reaction after seeing Peter fade away was fucking heartbreaking. we have never ever seen Iron Man that broken

Peter’s voice and acting was so convincing

as if he was actually thinking that he was going to die and didn’t want to, hugging Tony while crying in sadness and agony, seconds away from death he realized there was nothing that could be done said his final goodbye and-

I love how theres no music. just ambient noise. it makes the scene even more heartbreaking and depressing

Peter was so hearthbreaking. While his death took the longest for added dramatic effect, the in-universe explanation could be because Spider-Man has an insane healing factor. His power was working over-time trying to counteract the snap. Add his spidersense in the mix, telling him he's actually in imminent danger and pretty much dying. That shit's hard.

One that gets overlooked alot is Drax though. In the end he's calling out to Quill, hoping he'll find a way out of this mess, because even when the rest of the Guardians often make fun of him, in the end they still look up to him as the man with the plan.

I never felt so defeated watching a movie. As a comic book fan I knew they'd undo the Snap, but its different seeing it play out in real time than reading it in a motionless comic

Peter falling down to the ground and looking up at Tony broke my heart. He knew that he had seconds before death and he knew that there was nothing that could’ve been done. Also, the “I don’t want to go, sir, please.” Reminded me that Peter is just a kid. His death probably impacted me the most. Not just for infinity war, but for the history of the MCU. I’m serious.

This scene was honestly heartbreaking, Peter claiming he didn’t wanna go got me in tears, hugging Tony like the father he never had. It was one of the most painful scenes to watch in endgame. I probably cried 5 times while watching this.

Best scene ever in the MCU. The amount of weight in loss and defeat has never been touched as much in all these movies. I feel paralyzed every time I watch this.

The Russo brothers really captured the pure horror of this scene with the utter silence compared to rest of the movie.Amazing.

What makes this scene terrifying is that if you were in this situation, you wouldn't know if you would get spared, or if you would die

Karen Gillan’s empty, hopeless delivery of “He did it” is the perfect capper for all the horrifying losses that precede it.

0:11 right there.
That close up of Thor gave me goosebumps.
And that’s when I knew shit was real

Groot's dusting is sadder after knowing that James Gunn revealed that his last words to Rocket were "Dad"

After 10 years of developing most of these characters, this scene really hit my theater hard....tears and sniffles everywhere....

Our parents got Star Wars....we got the MCU....

Man this ending is amazing, it’s so chilling and it has so much feels. I liked endgame but I liked infinity war a bit more in my opinion
