I love how, even after everything else is gone, all his minions and monsters, lieutenants and equipment, even his ship has crumbled and faded, he still holds himself together for a good 30 seconds...
And all he does is take a seat, and bow his head. No cursing or denials, no enraged last strike at the ones who took everything from him, not even any petty backtalk. Just a quiet moment of, "Well, I guess that's it then, " as he lets himself go to dust.

I like how even in his last moments they play his theme to remind us of one thing, Thanos won once and nearly won twice.

"In their last moments, people show you who they really are."
Thanos: Sits quietly and accepts his death like a man.

When he won the first time...Thanos faces the sunrise and appreciates it. When he loses, his back is towards it and the sun has faded as lower as he is being dusted. Symbolism at its finest....

The fact it took Thanos so much longer than all his henchmen makes me think Tony did that on purpose. To make Thanos watch everything he cared about vanish before his eyes. Just like Tony had to.

This snap not only killed Thanos. It also killed all good writers of the next movies.

I love how Thanos doesn’t curse the Avengers, deny his failure, or say he will return, like most typical villains do. He just watches his army fade away, sits down, and accept that his plan failed and his death.

In the background when it cuts from Captain America to Thanos in the the pan in shows a guy holding his dying friend before they both get dusted. I always saw that, it was actually really touching.

I love how they play his theme once before he dies. It’s so ominous like though he’s gone, his impact and idea isn’t.

I love how Thanos isn't going "NOOO!!" or "YOU'LL PAY FOR THIS!" or anything like that when he gets defeated. While it's a fun cliche that I love seeing for other villains who get their comeuppance, Thanos is much more mature and intelligent so him sighing and resigning himself to his fate seems a lot more fitting for his character. He has my respect.

In every movie, a villain dies in a pit of rage or cursing their enemies. But with Thanos he accepted his loss and the fate that was coming without no hesitation. He was truly a leader, soldier and an honourable warrior put together. Rest in peace to this legend.

0:43 to 0:47 that look from Steve says a lot to me. It shows what kind of man he really is. Despite all the hell Thanos has put them through, Steve still shows pity towards him. Almost a look of regret.

Infinity war: Thanos wins and claims his Víctory.
Endgame: Thanos loses and accepts his fate.

I am a DC fan, but Thanos really had a message. This is one of the most well-thought villains in the history of Comics, right there with Joker

Caps look...it feels like he has sympathy for Thanos. Not upset that they won but sympathy for Thanos as a person. Someone so convinced they were right and willing to do whatever is necessary to win.

I feel like the only reason he lost in this reality, was because of his change in his main objective.

The realities where Thanos won showed him as someone who was willing to sacrifice everything for a solution that he thought would save the universe. Even in his delusion his intentions were pure right up to the very end.

The one reality where he lost showed Thanos as someone hellbent for revenge after being showed that his grand plan would never work. Rather then focusing on what was best for the universe, he decided to completely erase everything and start over just to satisfy his own ego.

It was his own arrogance and pride that ultimately led to his downfall.
