I did another one that was 15 minutes which wasnt a cardio workout. I finished that one. I wasn’t satisfied since I felt it wasn’t enough.low and behold, that video had a link to this one, this was new when I clicked the link and I’m grateful that u posted this, I’m tired and exhausted having finished both of the videos. I did 30 minutes today and I’m tired as hell, I’m satisfied and feel great. Thanks for posting and helping me and so many others on their weight loss journey. I weight 67kg and I’m 15, once I continue, I’ll come back in a month and share my progress. Thanks for you help. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hey Oli! I really liked how you included “warm up” and “cool down” moves at the beginning and end of this one. It was a nice respite coming off another hard workout to “ease” into this cardio burst. You do an amazing job and you motivate me to do “just one more” … 😁🔥
