When you add negative row 1 to row 2 you get 0 1 1 2 not 0 -1 -1 -2 and vice versa for row 3. It ended up not mattering because of the numbers but that's just something to be aware of. You also don't mention that the special solutions are multiplied by arbitrary scalars in the complete solution.
