On my dynamic day i would do feet up bench for three weeks fat pads on the bar for three weeks and spoto press for three weeks i would do a ten by ten week one 8by 8 week two and 6 by 6 week three in the thirth week the weight is 50 kg below my one rep max so this for me is extremely licht but it dont have to be heavy on dynamic day if im correct

I have been training now for about 14 years but have never done conjugate. Id like to start but just kind of confused about how to exactly do it. Strength is very important to me in my program but equally so is hypertrophy.

i was stale for a short while with my OHP as a main press movement, i changed nothing in the "programm" but added a speed ohp work once a 2weeks.. after a 2months im 12lbs forward (might sounds not much but OHP is a bitch trust me)
