When I started this series I thought it would be "yoga boot camp"....it's actually mind camp, heart camp, soul camp. That's tougher, and also, I think, more helpful. Been at this series for a couple months, btw. Shout out to those of us who miss days! Because Life!

I've done the 30 days of yoga challenge, and now I'm doing this one for 23 days straight. I feel so much better
physically and mentally. I found myself doing some stretches I've never done before. If you are struggling, please don't stop. We all have bad days. After the practice today, i tried and i succeeded doing bakasana. Thank you Adriene.

I really don’t know why, but this day got to me. Finished this session crying on my mat, out of relief, sorrow, forgiveness, redemption. So many years of hating my body and putting it through hell, and I apologized to it. This mantra was so powerful to me.
I feel secure in my body. I am not going to hurt my body, and my body is not going to hurt me.

Also for any trauma sufferers out there, Adriene's teachings are very hand in hand with what is recommended out there for such a thing. On top of her lovely way of being I highly recommend giving this a go with Adriene as your guide.

I am Securely surrounded by Love.. I know it's okay not to be perfect, in fact I've found "perfection" within the imperfections. I know it's okay to feel, to experience all within my heart- sharing my struggles as well as my strengths with those I love. I am secure in the fact that I have an incredible family, amazing friends, an unbelievably loving husband, a puppy I cherish, and a life that has been blessed in more ways than I can count. I love what I do, and I am honored to share my gifts with the world; I sing, dance and act.. And wear my heart on my sleeve.Today I'm taking time to honor all of that 🙏🏼Namaste - it's Monday - the gifts of the universe are limitless - find yours- own it and share it with the world💞

I think this is one of my favourite 30 days of yoga....I love the mantras and it focuses everything. I plan on writing all the mantras on my fridge so I can finish these sentences when I wake up in the morning and am making coffee. To set the day on the positive path. I have been doing yoga with Adriene almost everyday for 3 years now. It has helped me commit to a daily practice, and I feel so grateful for the free content, ability to practice in my home, and the freedom that comes with that. Thank you. <3

When I first began yoga, I would cringe if I saw a video over "20 minutes"... I'd have to pause, take breaks, just because I couldn't calm my mind or body down. Today, as I just finished a 37 minute yoga practice, I was wishing it wouldn't end. BUT, Adrienne has taught me that it's not just on my mat where I practice, but it's throughout the day, everyday, is when my practice is done. Thank you

This was seriously the best day so far! I loved every last minute of it, could totally give in to the practice and couldn't believe how much was happening at the same time on the inside. You definitely did something incredibly honest and authentic with this one. I feel a deep deep connection. To the universe. To myself. I am secure.

I've been doing a lot of soul searching, self inquiry and healing, recognizing and coming back into wholeness and it's just wonderful! Yoga with you Adrienne, has been such a huge support and transformation ritual and tool, your heart, authenticity and kindness, the energy of the community! I feel like with friends and it feels nice, given I've been so lonely for a good while. I'm deeply grateful, thank you! And today's practice was a bit messy, but also really healing, I felt like a part of my inner child found Home again 🙏🥰 I am secure! ❤️‍🔥🌹🦁🗡️⛲🍯💃🦢

Adriene, you are one of the reasons I strongly believe that every being in the universe is connected. You somehow just know which manthra I need for the day.( And it doesn't stop there. Even for my back pain or if i pulled a muscle somewhere. )

I’m 61 and have had back and knee problems requiring surgery in the past. I’ve tried different exercise routines, some helped, some made things worse. I’ve been practising with Adrienne’s yoga routines for 4 months now and the difference is amazing both to body and mind. Wish I’d tried yoga years ago. I’ve always been fairly fit, active and flexible but I can do so much more now than I ever thought possible at the start. Thanks Adrienne. You’re a bright light on a dark day.

I've just made it to 150 days of yoga (with 15 missed). I'm 50 yrs old now and after 30 years of a 'rock and roll-ish' lifestyle... I couldn't done this without Adriene... and I can't bear to miss a day without her. Adriene: you have changed my life... and I'm enjoying every minute of it... THANK YOU with all my heart and soul !

Started out with the mantra “I will try to feel secure”, by the middle of the practice I started saying “I am trying to feel secure” and at the last minute of the practice I said “I am secure”. Lovely

With all my heart, thank you Adriene for been here. I'm doing yoga with Adriene for 6 months now and so many things have changed in my body, my mind and my life. Now yoga is so important for my life that I'm trying to pass this to all my friends every day. One week ago I was in a festival and my friend was feeling pain in Lower back. We started doing yoga and some people that never made yoga joined us. I was so happy and so proud of me because I guided them. My friend was free of pain and all the people thanks me for that moment. So special and so intense.

Looking forward to today's practice ❤ I can now practice with my eyes closed for almost the entire practice. It makes it that more relaxing, special, and helps me focus. I practice outside in my tiny balcony, so I get seen every day by neighbors I'm sure. So having my eyes closed helps let go of that part of me that's still worrying about what people are thinking about me.

Day 23! Finally made it to the map. Day 22 was nearly two weeks ago. Job ended six days ago but yeah, I am here today and it seems appropropiate to return to "I am secure."

I have to say having maintained a consistent practice with Adriene between May and October (2019) helped me to weather an unstable November. Even during the days I did not make it to the mat, and there were a number of them last month, I managed to remain fairly calm.
