Brother you're more doing skull crushers than pull over, you need to keep the elbows slightly bend all throughout during movement

There’s barely any chest activation in the first place. It’s just an isometric contraction from holding the weights close. There may be slight numeral rotation as well but why even bother at all, there’s no active range of motion that’s actually putting mechanical tension on the chest.
