this is a terrible idea, i would probably use bands from the top or a door, use a roller thing and do a yoga pose on my stomach or idk but u arent even getting a stretch or as much upper chest doing it this way

Had elevated my upper back which lifted my lower back off the floor. No pain during even felt great but damn did my lower back hurt after. Couldn’t move for 10min just laying there on the floor. Suffering.
