Thanks for the reminder coach. I've been cruising a little too much on aux lifts because I feel beat up after I'm done with the main compound lift.

How often do we need to switch up our plyo movements? I do BB jump squats, KB swings, Med ball slams, Rhythm jumps, one plyo step ups, and the speed ladder. Should I rotate in new exercises every 4-8 weeks or are these exercises enough to hit all the angles on plyo work?

yo chris, you talked about absolute strength, but when is strong enough to get a 40 inch? FxIf you can squat 1.5x your own bodyweight, will that strength foundation be enough?

Yo Chris is it possible to increase your vertical without doing box jumps? I don't have access to boxes or platforms. Thanks

Hey Chris love your vids, Keep up the incredible work. I have not one but 2 questions on this occasion so here goes...

1) just wondered what kind of exercises would you suggest for building muscle density and permanent to semi-permanent activation(myofribular hypertrophy) in the posterior chain of the body for sprints, horizontal jumps, more posterior chain dominant functional exercises.

It's been my experience most people find it so much easier to activate the anterior muscles and suffer poor hip extension through hamstrings and glutes. I ask coz i recently tore my ACL and need surgery but wanna strengthen up these before, + most people have a poor back chain.

2) What would you suggest to activate and strengthen the iliopsoas muscles reducing the activation from the rectus femoris as a hip flexor. I wanna improve my sprinting ability after recovery. I read somewhere the muscles closest to your center of gravity aka. the belt line should be much stronger and they help to improve performance regardless of the activity but quad dominant individuals like myself are having a problem with this.

Anyways thanks for all the help in the forms of your videos, apologise for the length of the message
