This is a video that breaks down the method I used to achieve basic fluency in Spanish in 44 days. I took Spanish in High School over a decade ago so my Spanish knowledge was very basic. This video includes several tips and exercises that you can incorporate into your own language learning routine.

I love how he describes his process and method in detail. He's not just saying "With motivation, you can do it too!" He's actually giving people like me guidance on how to learn :) Respect, man!

As one of the few Hispanics that did NOT grow up learning Spanish from my parents, thank you for creating this language learning method

When you have even a basic knowledge of a language from the past, it’s not the same as learning a language from scratch so people shouldn’t get discouraged if they don’t learn a language at this speed. He’s already got a head start. Even when you don’t think you remember anything from school, it’s amazing how much pops into your head once you begin being exposed to the language again.

8 hrs/day for 44 days = 352 hrs
352 hrs * 60 min/hr = 21, 120 min

This man put in some WORK.

There’s really no shortcuts to learning a language. It simply takes time, repetition, and practice. 8hrs/day for 44 days is basically equivalent to 1hr/day for a whole year. He had the dedication to sit down and consistently build his skills for 8 hrs a day consecutively. Simple as that. Props brother.

The technique of learning all the words in one video and listening to it until you know it as well as english is genius. Your the only person I've seen talk about that. I started approaching my Spanish learning that way and it's a game changer

Watched this video for the first time about a year ago and it completely changed the way I was studying Spanish. I was not able to dedicate 8 hours a day but I was able to incorporate a bit of what he taught everyday. 1-3 hours daily. I was disciplined and consistent.

I’m fluent in Spanish now and can express myself very well. I’m at the point now where my learning mostly comes from reading books in Spanish, listening to podcast and conversations with native speakers (tutors and friends) but I still revisit some of the techniques he taught me. I can confidently say that without this structured study plan in the beginning of my journey I would not have arrived where I am today. The speaking exercise truly prepared me to begin practicing with native speakers without fear.

I can’t thank you enough for sharing your wisdom, Cameron. I’m taking the DELE later this year (C1) but after that I will begin learning Portuguese and I’m going to start with this method from the very beginning.

Wow, I'm a native Spanish speaker and the first seconds of this video left me speechless. Your spanish is beyond great, you sound pretty much like a native and that is not an easy thing to achieve. You're an inspiration for me, I'm trying to do the same as you with Korean and it's just amazing and really motivational to see this video. Thank you! You're great!

Me at Day 1: "Uh, hola. Como estás? Um, gracias. Errr...adiós."
Me at Day 44: "Hola. Como estás? Gracias. Adiós."
As you can see, I got rid of all the filler words like "Um, uh, err....". That's progress.

"Work smarter, not harder" stops being true when you encounter someone smart who works hard too. This video does a great job at not only laying out a learning system but also of showcasing the mentality necessary to accomplish any difficult goal. Thank you for this guidance and encouragement!

Good for you! I taught myself Spanish in 1996, before the internet! I'm currently writing about my experience. Keep up the good work!

This is an amazing achievement! However, if you've never exposed your mind to a language at all, please don't be discouraged if you do not achieve the same results in this short time frame. Learning a language is a life long journey and it always starts with a single step. Stay committed and conisistent to the vision you have for yourself and one day you'll realize that all that work has paid off an you are able to speak fluently!

This is not just a great video on learning how to speak Spanish, but also a great video on how difficult things can be achieved with a good plan. 44 days to become native in Spanish is insane but seeing how you break it down it made sense why you were able to achieve that.

Wow!! You literally could’ve sold this as a coursework for language learners, and you shared such a concise wealth of information FOR FREE!! Thank you so much, this is a brilliant curriculum setup! Organizing a full curriculum, or syllabus if you will, from scratch Is a talent on its own!

I'm pretty impressed by your dedication to language learning and proving your method to being correct. I'm also learning Spanish, so I'll utilize it this way.
