Is there someone around you who has been acting strange lately? It’s almost as if they’re not… them. Humans portray sadness in many different ways, and it’s easy to mistake their sadness for other types of emotions like anger, frustration, or embarrassment.

If you believe your friend, loved one, or someone you care about has been deviating from their normal self, here are a few signs to confirm that they are secretly feeling down.

I think often times when people are feeling down they will not bother to tell anyone, thinking that they'll burden someone with their problems.

Encanto! Love that movie, one of my all time favorites!
Anyway, I'm not fully sure if I'm feeling down or if that, since I have anxiety and social anxiety, that could be partially why I portray a lot of this type of stuff daily (unless I'm at home and NOT at school). I guess I don't fully know

I think everyone does this every once in awhile but it’s good to notice so you’re able to fix it when those thoughts or actions arise

This video honestly sums me up. I always do these things, I won’t disagree- I always lower my self esteem, I tell myself I will fail or I won’t pass a test, and I’m always sad or angry, I’ll lose interest in drawings that I make, I tend to be afraid of talking to people, and I refrain from trying to interact with others. I’m always scared when people look or stare at me and I get uncomfortable easily, I’ll also tap my foot, crack my knuckles, or play with my hair. I’m very self-conscious and I’m always nervous 🥲 I sleep at late times, and wake up at really early times, and I don’t sleep for the recommended amount of time, (especially because of my age), it’s bad for me. ;-; Basically, i can relate to this video- 😭

i do relate with some of these, but i honestly think it's just whatever i'm thinking at the back of my brain that makes me have a hurricane.

Hello psych2go fam! I just wanted to quickly say that I’ve gotten better! I mentally struggled the 5 months of 2021, but through it all these videos played a part in helping me. I’m so happy to be feeling normal (In a good way) again💚 keep moving forward.

I really loved this animation due to the watercolor paper-like background and the variety of the characters along the video!

A lot of interesting references in this video. I only know so many, but I love the inclusivity. Also, kudos to your new animators! Neat little style shift!

I love how psych2go includes references to stuff like the DSMP and Encanto in their videos while still having a unique visual style. It's very cool.
Btw what inspired the little plants above everyone's heads?

If someone feels depressed, is it not our responsibility to leave that person alone. Depression often causes people to socially isolate in order to find some relief. It would be respectful to grant the depressed person the social isolation they seek to find relief from their depression. The last thing depressed people want is a bunch of people asking them what is wrong. Respect the wishes of those in deep depression. Allow them their social isolation. They deserve to feel better.

I usually just go with my gut. A lot of factors are on my side- I’m a Lefty, Right-Brained, and I have ADHD. Don’t ask me how this helps but I’m good at telling peoples’ emotions

The encanto refrences keep it going and each sign we see reminds me of Mirabel's dress.
