Is the time between the paired exercises important, less than 30 seconds? If I go from push ups to dips but rest 45 or 60 seconds between push up and dip is it still a super set?

I do like what saibov does, 10-20 sets (depends on how fatigued i am)
Of generally:
15 pull ups
15 dips
5-10 Planche push ups
Sometimes if i want kettlebell swings with 20 kg for 10 reps

Rest 3-6 min depends on how i feel afte the set, the more time i need the longer the rest

I Would really love to hear your thoughts on the different training split. Which one do you prefer?
There are so many... Straight arm strength/bent arm strength, push/pull, upper/lower... and it's very confusing.

Hey Simon, very good video! I have only one question.
Do you mean @1:52 to do for example 10 push ups, rest 60 sec and do finaly 10 rows?
Or do you mean: do 10 push ups, 10 rows, rest 60 sec --> next set?

So supersets using the same muscle group are better to avoid even if the 2nd exercise is much easier? (For ex. chin ups then bodyrows at 45°)

if im strenght straining and superset 5x5 pull ups and 5x5 handstand push ups should i rest for 3-5 minutes or less?
