Ve been doing only super sets for around a month as I'm going back to shape after being sick. MAN, I'm even stronger than before just with that and my workouts last half what they used to.

These are actually called Staggered Sets, which I use to SAVE Time. Supersets are for the SAME Muscle Group.

Im not being critical but factual here when i say this is definitely an intermediate level approach. One needs experience to do this correctly. Intuitive approaches dont work unless theres quality experience to draw from. Or else the intuition will be just plain wrong. Regardless i coompletely sgree and its efficient to take the kind of approach you describe. But we both knoe that 90% of ppl (maybe more) cannot do this properly with enough intensity such that consistent gains are seen. Still, your info is on point, its just that i know most ppl who dont have legit experience with fitness and weightlifting and calisthenics, they wont do this correctly.
Sure i may sound pessimistic but its what ive seen and continue to see often. Even still this shouldn't stop ppl from trying. Perfect your craftsss my friends.

I have never trained with supersets to intentionally grow muscle, it was just a comfortable way to train for me.. but as I trained with this method I easily grew muscle and I always wondered what I have done right... Short: Thank you for the video!

Works for me:
10 pull-ups 20 push-ups, rest 1:30 repeat 3 times - done.

I would recommend supersets for a quick warm up as well

I'm a noob when it comes to lifting and exercise in general. My job is to lift boxes each day these boxes weigh 15kg. I found that normal exercise was improving the rest of my muscles but my arms were not improving. Supersets seamed to break them out of that and start getting bigger.

Never understood supersets of different muscle groups.
Superset should be same muscle but two different exercises
Dumbbell chest press to failure then
Immediately switch to dumbbell flyes

I superset big compounds as well, such as Deadlifts and bench press, I find that my strength doesn't suffer at all. I rest a minute or 2 between though, not straight after the other

Me doing my last 2 sets of weighted pull ups, and wanting nothing more than to just start doing dips instead😂

Ok I'm a dad now, time is precious! My question is, if I do the classic ppl split, should I switch to upper and lower (supersetting)? Or should I do full body instead?
