This video explains how to use Microsoft ToDo. Share and Assign tasks in Microsoft ToDo. The tutor explains how to create a task in Microsoft ToDo, categorise it and set priority options. The tutor goes on to explain how to see flagged emails in Microsoft ToDo. The tutor covers how to create Task Lists and Task groups in Microsoft ToDo. Once a list has been created it can be shared with colleagues and tasks can be assigned. The tutor demonstrates the process of sharing between two accounts. The tutor also mentions how to add tasks to the MyDay feature from Microsoft ToDo, and from the email screen in Outlook. The Outlook option also enables users to drag and drop tasks onto the calendar. The final part of the video explains that ToDo tasks can be seen in Microsoft Teams along with all other tasks.

This was a great overall walkthrough of the various features of MS To Do.

My only constructive criticism would be to assign a more descriptive title. I was specifically looking for help regarding assigning and sharing tasks which is what the title specifically referred to. However, the explanation of those features did not start until approximately 11.5 minutes into the video.

Is there an automatic email that is sent to the person when another task is assigned (in the shared group) to them directly in the Msft ToDo or do you have to manually email each time a new task is assigned? How would a person know that a task is assigned to them?

I still can't understand why postponing a task will postpone the due date but not the reminder as well...so if I postpone a task due today with a reminder today the reminder will still be due today although the due date is postponed to tomorrow.

Hello, On new SharePoint items created in my sharepoint list, the to-do tasks to be assigned to the creator . To the persons who created items, tasks to be individually assigned to those.

Kindly mention how this can be achieved, it would be really helpful.

Why is there no option to share a User's whole entire "To Do"? At the very least why isn't there an option to share a Group? Besides these two things, why is the action for sharing only done by an email-invitation-link and not the same as how users are added to a channel in "Teams" giving me the option to search users within my Organization that we have payed for. These lack of options make anything from this To Do App frustrating to use and quite frankly... Unbearable.
