How to assign tasks in Microsoft ToDo. Create groups and share lists.

This is a Microsoft ToDo tutorial on how to assign tasks. The tutor starts off by creating a group and adding several lists to the group. Once a list is created it can be shared to other users via email or a copied link. The tutor demonstrates how to share a list and then how to assign a task to a list member. This is good, but for edit access should be column specific. Otherwise accessers can update all the columns

Any tips to get my picture to show next to my tasks rather than initials? Our Shared list all have the same colored initials so its not easy to read quickly.

I'm starting a business & hubby will help in some tasks & not all. However I want him to see all my tasks & I want to assign him some tasks. The lists would be a variety (Tech, Accting, Signage, Marketing, LearningvPlan, Permits, Painting etc). I'm doing this full time & he'll help. Is it best to create a variety of lists & give him access to all? And I only use those lists BTW us so he can see everything I do as well?

A good explanation, but I can't believe how inferior and overly complicated and non intuitive this is compared to assigning tasks in Outlook. This is three steps backwards to me. a real shot in the foot with a double barrelled shotgun
