Seriously, new in car sales, but I don't have any idea what the question is? What would this challenge cost you? What are you referring to with the word challenge? Do you mean objection? Is solving the objection a priority now? Otherwise again without knowing with an example I don't understand your use of the word challenge. Finally I would say I understand what would you like to do next makes sense. I however may ask even earlier not towards the end which is what do you hope to accomplish today.

Hi Mark, good video. I use many of your videos in my high school marketing class when we learn about sales. Question: aren't these actually qualification questions and not necessarily closing questions?
