I've been drinking water with fresh sliced ginger every day and it has helped enormously with stomach problems, especially bloating.

I use ginger when I'm on my period. I use to take 6 Ibprofen during my period (that's how bad it was). I stopped and started using haven't taken Ibprofen or any pain medicine for a year now! Only ginger!

I. Dont know why, but ginger improves my eyesight. I heat up water and let it rest all nigth with ginger so in the morning is really dark and strong.

I drink ginger as a tea with saffron . I pour a hot water over fresh sliced ginger and add quarter table spoon of saffron . Then let it boil for one minute or so then pour it on my cup, really tastes good, I don't add any sweetener at all, I hate suger

I’ve been keeping a jar of liquid ginger fresh in my refrigerator for years! It’s incredible what it does for the arthritis in my hands for one thing. But like you said, Ginger is awesome in so many different ways on salads in your water, etc. thanks for all the great videos doc

Ginger has been studied/ proven as the best appetite enhancer as well as anti-emetic. I refer to it all the time for my own patients as well as myself. Ginger keeps well in the refrigerator crisper drawer. You can freeze it, but if you use it daily, no need. Ginger has all kinds of healing benefits and is underrated overall. You can also grow your own, indoors or out, from a store-bought root. Amazing gift from the Earth.

Ginger is amazing and delicious! Grandma's recipe works wonders if you're bloated and/or constipated or feeling sick: put a mug and a half of water (half because some water will evaporate while boiling & simmering.) in a saucepan. Once it starts boiling, add small bite size pieces of fresh ginger (about a tablespoon full and boil for five mins. Turn heat down and simmer for two mins. Strain and pour into a mug. Add fresh lemon and (manuka honey if you're allowed!) Also delicious as a summer drink: in a jug, add water, (sparkling if you like) slices of fresh lemon, fresh mint leaves and small chunks of fresh ginger. Home made gingerade :)

We Indians use ginger in mostly everything we make.
1. whenever you have headache or cold drink ginger tea or just boil little ginger in a cup of water it will heal your sore throat.
2.During covid we are daily drinking ginger tea it's really helpful.
3.But ginger is little hot and spicy if you're not use to it use in little amount :)
