I quit a little over a month ago and have found my main obstacle is in managing or dealing with my emotions. I smoked a couple of days ago after 36 days not because I wanted a cigarette, but because I really didn't know what else to do with all the frustration and anger I was feeling! I do not want to smoke anymore at all, like every part of me is done with smoking. So now, starts the adventure in truly exploring my emotions and thoughts and learning to love and take care of myself. These videos are helpful, logical, and truly make sense. Thank you for your help! <3

When I feel like running out to smoke because I'm so irritated, I take a walk. Doesn't matter what hour of the day. If I had time to walk out and smoke I have time to walk and breathe air.

"What you resist, persists." You get it and you do a nice job teaching coping skills. It is impossible for you to really know how many lives you have changed to the good, but it is undeniable that you have. Thank you :)

I've been both cigarette and nicotine free for two weeks.
I have actually had dreams lighting them up and can smell when others light up before I see the person.
I winged myself of of nicotine over a period of 2 months by writing down every time I light up. Then started trying to lower the number of times I smoke gradually. While yes it's still tempting.. at least for me; knowing how much time I spent quiting and being successful makes me not want to go through that again.

As far as dealing with anger.. I've always had anger problems. Quitting seems to made me feel more strict. My routine of "coffee and a cigarette" in the morning is probably the hardest to get past.

Good lady.. Hi
Citrus can help a lot.
Stop sugary foods or drinks.
Eat healthy food.
Drink mild coffee, not deep expresso.
Sleep more. After sleeping no need to smoke.
It's gradually
