Week 4 of following the Eat Fat, Get Thin program and I am amazed by the changes my body has gone through. Never feel hungry, yet down 18 pounds, feel great, look great, skin is so smooth and creamy. But I did have a rough start. Just get through Day 3 and the changes will begin.

Great video, this is exactly the problem I've been facing. I will have a day or two where I'm eating very healthy, and eating the right foods, but then usually at the end of the second day I'll have a very intense craving for carbs and sugar and the cycle will begin again.

I think the secret is in starting from the morning, feed your body with the correct foods that will help reduce the cravings.

But when the cravings hit
, sometimes they are overwhelming.

xylitol is a great laxative too ! incase no one knew ☺ it's a healthy sugar substitute that helps kill yeast, one of my favorite!

I eat healthy 98% of the time but after an occasion bad weekend I use dandelion tea, Epsom salt baths, yoga, yoga, yoga, and ginger kambucha to aid in detoxing.

I have had a serious problem with excess mucus for at least the last few years. Not reflux or nasal drip. Had two endoscopies, several dietary restrictions (three times just with dairy!), been to a homeopath, tried saline flushes. Finally paid for an allergy test. Got the results a few days ago. Immediately cut the worst offenders out. Eggs, soya and peanuts. Over the last few days, it's worse than ever. Not the usual detox symptoms, just a worsening of the mucus problem. Is this normal? Feeling very disheartened 😕

Does magnesium citrate cause heart burn/acid reflux. I was taking 600 mg a day and had to stop due to this. But I was also drinking coffee at the same time. I have stopped both and feel better, but I'm afraid to start the Magnesium again.
