Seated reverse grip overhead presses with a curling bar for the front delts. Try it.

Shoulders are actually good for athletics tho. I have an overdeveloped rear delt from swimming, and it helps tremendously.

Also, when I say overdeveloped, i can lift 4x as much with an isolated rear delt exercise than lateral raises.

I've dislocated my right shoulder 4 times, so rear delt or any shoulder movement is risky

Slow down on the machine movements, unless if it’s your last few reps then it’s ok. Also your lateral raises should be at a lower angle/put your arms more in front of you to form a narrower v shape.

i think lateral raise is the only side delt exercise ever. that crucifix raise is also a lateral raise

should i do lateral raise with low weight or heavy i mean how much reps do i need to hit in a set i can do 8 with heavy one but should i go high on reps?
