He was hit and killed by Meagan Monica Burton 3 years to the day that she was stopped for her first DUI offense that was also swept under the rug. On October 22, 2023 she hit Barry “Anthony” Smith Jr. He landed on the hood of her BMW SUV, she continued to drive with him on the hood of her car for half a mile before stopping and throwing him through the air and slamming to the ground. He was pronounced dead at the scene. This case too is being covered up. Her family is rumored to have a connection with someone in Richmond County.
