If you haven’t already, PLEASE make a USB-C version with the LED charge indicator on top of the insert. Perhaps in the ignition button if need be. But this would be a perfect insert and I can say confidently lots of people would pay good money to have that. A lot of people with the older insert would probably buy the newer one as well.

When I tested this the following work: Candles, lighters that won't spark, clove cigarettes. I haven't tried Swisher or joints yet, but I think they would work.

Are these electric inserts covered by your lifetime guarantee? Are the torch inserts covered by your lifetime guarantee because everytime I get them they stop igniting after a month of use

Does anyone know the best way to clean one of these arc inserts. I've got some tar and debris from lighting cigarettes stuck on there. I found conflicting answers on Google. One said to use alcohol or ethanol and a cotton swab, and the other one said to only use a dry cloth and not to use any liquid cleaners. Thanks in advance to anyone who answers this. I really appreciate it.

Hello, how are you, it was nice to be able to greet you, I have some doubts about the plasma arc insert.
The first is... Does it affect anything if the interior (where the ions are) burns over time? Since it gives off a smell like burnt plastic when I light a cigarette or paper.
