The top 5 nutritional supplements to fix ADD and ADHD by improving attention levels.

Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder occurs when there are low levels of dopamine and norepinephrine in the brain, and problems with the receptors that connect with them.

In this video I highlight the best vitamins/nutritional supplements to help raise these dopamine and other neurotransmitters to fix ADHD and manage the symptoms, but in a natural way, rather than relying on stimulants.

My favourite supplements for ADD/ADHD:
🌿 MindLabPro (Includes Tyrosine, Lions Mane, Magnesium and others):

🌿 Magnesium L-Threonate:

🌿 Digestive Enzymes (4-6 Caps Daily):

Diagnosed with ADD in my late 40's. Tried Ritalin etc. off and on a couple of times. Never felt they helped until my daughter asked me if I was still taking my meds. She noticed a change. I have never liked to take any medicines. Glad I made the decision to live without these meds. I am now 68 so that would have been 20 years of continuous use. I have been reading some not so great information about long term use. I have become aware that diet and supplements can help. This video has been extremely helpfull. I have already been taking a couple of them. One key takeaway is about screen time. I don't watch TV but do use my phone and the internet way too much. Recently I have become aware that I have lost more focus on some things. This has bothered me and I need to make some changes.

Outstanding video. I was never diagnosed with ADD or ADHD but I diagnosed myself as having that years ago just by my symptoms and how I could sit down and focus But this is just my speculations and never any professional diagnosis. Upon doing research years ago I started taking Omega-3 and when I started taking the omega-3 it basically almost stopped my ADHD. So it told me that whenever we have a condition more than likely we have some vitamin, mineral or something deficient in us. Thanks Ryan, this is one of your best videos. ❤

Your videos are fantastic Ryan & very well presented. Am I correct in saying L-Tyrosine is better absorbed & more effective when taken apart from other foods or at least from other amino acids? Tks in advance.

Hey Ryan, What's your take on B6 for ADD?
I've used tyrosine from 500mg to 1500mg but hardly notice anything except for a little bit of anxiety. I paired it with 40mg B6(Pyridoxine HCl) that I had bought a few months ago; it did improve my mood and made me less anxious. Back then P5P wasn't available in my country now the only nutraceutical that sells P5P has 50mg and 100mg dosages, so which dosage should choose? Doctors haven't been helpful so far. I've tested for vitamins and hormones but everything is normal.
Your advice would be appreciated.
Thanks for reading!

U don't get add/adhd from sugar and processed foods cuz u are born with it. It just makes it worse. The other supplements works very well indeed and also an vegetarian Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle gives a big relief!

I was diagnosed about ten months ago and eventually prescribed Xenidate XL. I still haven't taken them because I am scared! So this video has given me renewed hope. Except I also have Hashimoto's with 100mg Levothyroxin, and had a minor TIA in '09 with 10mg Atorvastatin and 75mg Aspirin. Maybe I should go see my doctor/shrink?
