Thank you doctor. The most impressive thing by far I have experienced for my nerve repair, is cardio exercise at relative high intensity. This has helped reduced my nerve damage by about 80%. And I am still going . It is very important to advise patient that exercise (and I am not talking about easy exercise but intense cardio by running swimming or cycling, with running being the most potent for stimulating blood flow) are the best thing many nerve patients can do . My case is acute onset (very likely auto immune) small fiber neuropathy. Not going to give up exercise (which I do about 5 times a week) until this shit is gone

I love this guy! He points out the obvious and how important it is to stay away from processed food, fried foods, fast food, junk, candy and eat more fruits vegetables greens nuts seeds fish poultry meat... All that is natural for our bodies. Americans eat so unhealthy and we need to eat what is fresh and healthy for us. We all need to go back to eating what comes from the Earth & the sea, poultry and meat. It's so obvious what we should be eating but most people in America don't eat right. I learned so much from his videos and he has many and they are all beneficial to us

I swear you are on the internet specifically for me only Doctor Mandel. Every time I click on a video it’s exactly what I dealing with. In the back of my head on the left side at the base of my skull, I popped a ligament and no I feel shot pains when I keep my head down for long periods of time, like looking at my phone or working. So I have to throw my head back and keep it back until the sharp pains go away.
