This also fixes blue screen of death caused by watchdog_violation, if you restarted your system after doing this and your system didn't turned on well just boot it on safe mode once and turn it back, it will fix your problem

This could be the case when my case fans are not turning off? I mean just the ventilation fans not the CPU cooler fan..that is going off...those not. If I disable fast boot and put it on normal...should fix this issue?
