Thank you, Bianca, awesome video! I am a guy but, have ignored doing much lower body for years and really needed some guidance.  Your workout was great, and the one leg sideways press felt good and targeted muscles I hadn't used much.  I especially enjoyed your detailed warm up because many people don't do it, it is really short, or don't bother to put it in the workout video.  Yours felt great and really prepped my body for a good session.  Thanks again!!

I was so entranced by this video I love it!!! Your form is amazing in everything. I'm going to do this workout on leg day! I've never stretched properly before legs so I'm excited to see the difference. Also I always do cardio at the end of my workout is that ok?
