The beginning of the journey through motherhood is beautiful, challenging, exhausting, intense, and spectacular all at once. There is so much change happening, and it can be difficult to navigate the transition into this new season of life in a world filled with opinions and noise. While there are many books on this topic, what I needed at the outset of my own journey was a vulnerable heart-to-heart with a woman who had been through it not long before me. And while there are mothers far, far more wise and seasoned than I, the further the first year of motherhood gets in the rearview mirror of life, the foggier the memories of it can be. When God began stirring in my heart to share with women about the earliest days of motherhood, he said, “Do it soon or you will forget what you needed to hear then.” So I did!

Navigating Motherhood is a ten-part video series that covers topics from pregnancy to postpartum body image, combating comparison and growing in confidence as a mother. I share what I have learned about surrendering to unpredictability, listening to my own heart, and the practical tools that have helped me grow as a new mother every day. This series is designed for women beginning the journey of motherhood, and is most specifically geared toward the timeframe of pregnancy through the first year.

This series is not going to teach you how to be a mother - you have our good and generous God for that, and He wants to do that for you. This series is designed to encourage, uplift, guide, and support you to seize the beauty of the role God has given you as mother. I am so excited to share it with you.
