This review was actually more informative than others! I would love to see more content with Wynie and this style where you touch base on your own experience. For instance, I’ve been trying to decide between a ohio and ohio power bar for myself, but I’ve never squatted without a center knurl and was asking how important it was. Now I know, thank you Wynie!

My wife has this bar. Surprisingly the Knurl is very grippy though labelled as passive. I find it stickier than my B&R 2.0. She didn’t want center Knurl as she squats with a tank top so here we are. The chrome sleeves are holding up fine which is more than I can say for my rogue curl bar.

I love this channel for the women's representation. One of my colleagues recommended I get a "men's bar" and I'm so glad I did! I was worried I wouldn't be able to lift it but once you get strong enough with dumbbells it's not an issue. Did consider getting a bella bar as a cheap deadlift bar alternative lol.

Thanks for the great review. I recently upgraded my home gym and added a power rack and the Rogue Bella Bar. I am a small woman (5 feet) with small hands and absolutely love it. I had used the men’s bars for years and had a noticeable improvement in my grip when using this 25mm bar. I don’t do back squats so not sure how well this bar would work. I have used it for Zercher squats and a good pad like the AbMat zercher pad is a must as the smaller diameter bar makes it impossibly uncomfortable otherwise. The Bella bar works well for all of my other big lifts and I am very happy with it.

For some reason the first Crossfit gym I went to had 29mm "men's" bars rather than 28.5mm regular Ohio bars. I used the Bella bars for a lot of the overhead work, especially snatches. I was so happy when the owner got a pair of boneyard echo bars.

I really appreciated this review as I'm in the market for a women's bar. If its possible I'd like for Winny to review other brands as well - Vulcan, American barbell, Rep, BoS, Fringe, Bridge Built etc - a in depth side side comparison would be perfect.

This is cool. A little more specific but I'd be interested in hearing a review of the Rogue C-68S bar. It is basically the bella bar but shorter while still being rackable.

I'm opening a small personal training studio soon so I like the idea of it taking up less space. Plus the bar is 25 pounds so easier entry to more exercises. It does have limited(none) options for coatings.
