Hi Anja, Thank you for all your videos and cooking/baking tips. I recently made sourdough starters. I say starters because I tried three recipes, one of which was yours. Of the three, yours (buttermilk/flour) has produced the best sourdough baking. Thank you for the starter recipe and all that you share. Edward (Montreal, Canada)

I would like to start milling my own flour, but is there a recipe or ingredient that I would use to make the bread light and fluffy, similar to what you would buy in the store for like the sandwich bread?
