My son has lung cancer metastatic and after his oncologist wrote him off we bought your book Eat to Beat Disease which is now our food Bible. He has made huge improvements and we buy canned tomatoes by the carton which he regularly includes in his diet. Cannot thank you enough! (Australia).

Thank you for not demonizing natural foods. I can eat sourdough with tomatoes, olive oil and basil, + blueberries any day, any time. The combination is amazing.

Dr. Li! I just bought Tomatoes because of you and all your advices (I bought Tomatoes/ Pears/ Grany Green Apples) (Dr Gundry said don't eat tomatoes, but I do that :)

My best 3 foods daily
Sour dough with original starter blue berries washed in a baking soda solution
Pesticide removal same with Tomatoes
Also the LORD led me
To do these foods a long time ago. I've had cirrhosis for 40yrs. When God says it's my turn then l will Die Not

I can the tomatoes for the winter period when there are no open fields. I bakelit the sourdough bread myself, blueberries are also my favorite, but they are very expensive!❤

Hi Dr Li. I’m a commercial baker by trade. I know that a lot of sourdough bread out there, in the commercial sector are not made with a true sourdough starter but instead get their sourness by the addition of an acidic acid of somekind. I call this cheating but does one still get the benefit of the Lactobicillus Reuteri from this form of sourdough??

What about the bread made by the company called Food For Life which is Sprouted grains and my choice is their Genesis 1:29 being it has pumpkin seeds, as well as other variety of seeds. I’d like to hear your thoughts please on their ( Food For Life ) breads please. Thank you very much.

Yeah, that's only if you have the ability to extract and or convert these goodies in your body if youre metabolism is americanized then you will need to add fasting...autophagy

I understand the concern about Low Fat Yogurt having emulsifiers; however, the ingredients lists on Stoneyfield and Fage Greek Yogurts (the two I checked) do not include ANY emulsifiers at all: no Polysorbate 80, carrageenan, etc. Is this one of those situations where the manufacturers are not required to list all of the ingredients? Is it possible that the manufacturers quit using the bad stuff? This seems kind of important: does anybody know the answer?

Dr. Li, I would greatly appreciate a response to this: I like the idea of sourdough bread being GOOD, BUT what about the refined carbs in that same bread? don't those nullify the benefits of the probiotic in it??
