One thing that tends to be overlooked is these money making methods tend to have the downside of being "pure money" methods, where they don't contribute to your profile in any kind of progression or levels and only add coins to your purse. Mining and farming (until you max them) are good things to progress through that also produce coins, same with dungeons, kuudra, even fishing. Most people will include some pure money making naturally into their gameplay without focusing on it, things like crafting the things you farm into the most profitable form before you sell, spending your own magma fish on making your own rod and selling the extra, forging your own materials for a drill, things like that. These are great and at a certain point more coins just means more progression, but they aren't the best thing to do all the time. Carrying these methods to the extreme leads to profiles with a hype at lv 80 and no skills, while ignoring it in its entirety leads to you having shit gear into the late game.
