Honestly these videos are so comforting. Past one month has been so heavy on me, got operated, the girl i thought would never leave me left me. Lost all my physique due to weakness, mentally thinking will that girl ever return. I don’t whether are these initial stage of depression. I hope i get better soon. 🙂

Been in no contact for 3 and 1/2 months at this point I'm starting to care less I appreciate the help from the coach after 7 years of friendship I'm sad to see that it had to end like that no contact for all the people trying to hope for a call if you really meant something they probably would have called you within 30 days so just plan on moving on things will get better and if they ever do contact you you will be in a better place anyway it was hard for me I'm sure it's hard for you but you can get through it just stay positive there's a million men and women out there you'll find someone to appreciate you

Number 3 for me I think, just no more emotion from her after all these years. In no contact for a year, she won’t talk to me so I have no idea why she left, so I doubt I will ever hear from her again. She is a DA, so she was never very deep from an emotional standpoint and always hard to connect with at a deeper level. She always wanted her space, so I am giving it to her and moving on.

Reached the 1 year mark of no contact last Friday, haven’t heard about her still. No contact gave me so much hope she d eventually reach out… I think if I never watched any NC video I would have had less hope therefore I would have moved on so much quicker. I know NC is to move on but I think ppl can’t help but hope it’ll make them miss them. I even sometimes wonder if being in contact would have not been easier, at least she d still be in my life, as acquaintance, but i could talk to her sometimes in that scenario. Now im just out of her life forever
