Really loving the videos man! You are so inspiring, coming from a current A level student, who aspires to emulate such balance in life that you are showing within your training and your Job. You’ve inspired me to focus more on my cardiovascular health, instead of pushing purely on the SBD goals. I was just wondering whether you do much of a warm up if you’re in the gym for an hour at a time?

Good luck for you hyrox. Your movement efficiency could be better on the ski erg and those burpees. You’re not putting enough of your body weight into the ski erg, the triceps are taking over too early. The burpees you’re doing too much of a push up and slow eccentric for hyrox standards. Flop down and flop up in one fluid motion like a worm! All the best

How would u recommend bulking/gaining .25kg/week (lean bulking) while intuitive eating (possibly eating slightly different meals each day?) I’m finding it rlly hard right now to gain weight slowly while intuitive eating 😅
