I still have a long way to go, but I learn so much and gain so much motivation from not only this channel, but also Nick Bare's channel. Hopefully someday, when I reach my goal weight of 200. I have gotten a late start on training, I am 56. I have always just put enough effort into training to look and feel okay, never optimal. I started hybrid training 7 months ago, a full dedication to weight training, running and good nutrition. I have actually gained 4 pounds of muscle and have leaned out. I am 6'2'" and now 179. BPN athletes and Nick are so motivating and feel with all the misinformation out there they speak to what I need to hear. I manage my work-out schedule working out 5-6 days a week having a full-time job and 3 kids. Anything is possible if you really want it. My running started at 1–2-mile walk/runs and now i am up to 8-mile runs. I have hit PR's in the gym, pushing more weight than in my 20's. Go one more...
