I was having the worst ant infestation this summer than ever before; they were everywhere, the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, etc. Two weeks ago, I bought the Terro baits, but only put out two instead of all six; within two hours, both baits were full with dozens of ants, and a steady trail going to and from them. The next morning, only a few dead ants were in each bait that couldn't get out and drowned, the rest were gone. From there, very few were seen; the majority were dead, the few alive were moving very slowly and disoriented. After four days, no more ants and there are still none. Patience is key here, let the baits do their work; thanks for a great product, Terro! 👍👍👍

I hope they're actually taking the bait back. Seems like the most of the ants just hang out on top of the bait forever.

i think a lot of people watching this video can empathise with how gross it feels to just have ants around the house, even if they’re not directly doing anything to you or your food. every morning whenever i wanted to make coffee or toast some bread i would see a bunch of ants on my counter. every time i opened my trash can i would see ants on the underside of the lid. yesterday morning i put out 2 terro traps and honestly i’m so impressed because i checked again this morning and i dont see any ants at all (at least not ants that are alive lol), not even around or in the traps. most impressively, even when my trash can is full of food scraps i don’t see any ants anymore. this product is a lifesaver

My second day of using it. I also sprinkle some cinnamon on the floor to make a barrier, like a wall around the base of my counter. It prevent the ants to walk around the kitchen, confining them to certain area. I can tolerate the mess and it’s better than having the ants everywhere.

For those who can't seem to get rid of ants even after killing thousands with bait—you need to clean your house, and you need to seal as many entrances as you can. You'll never get rid of them if there's food residue everywhere, and odds good that they're coming in from one or two large gaps around a window, door, in the foundation, etc.

You probably have several colonies at any given time, and as soon as you kill one another takes its place. Trust me, once you give your house a good thorough cleaning and keep it that way, you'll get rid of the ants. I lived in a ground-level apartment in Florida that was built in the 70's and had so many cracks and entry points for bugs. Never had more than 2 or 3 ant invasions per year, and they never took more than one trap and a couple days to get rid of.

Noticed I had carpenter ants in my kitchen so I got some of these traps plus some granules for the perimeter of the house. Put the traps out on Friday evening and watched the parade slowly start. They came in pretty steadily for about 8 hours and then it slowed down. Saturday I only saw a handful of ants and Sunday I only saw one. I guess my ant buffet was a success for me and not for them 😁. I’m since it didn’t take too long for them to stop coming that it wasn’t a huge colony. I’ll keep the traps out for another week just in case.

I have ants in my room I can't really tell how big the colony is but there are no trails just clumps of them they just got there and I don know if they have a nest yet

Imho, if you're over a month using this product, consistently or going through bottles, the ants must be visiting from nests on the outside of you're home, one colony at a time.
I'd check around the outside wall and ground for trails when they're starting to feed en mass.
Other than that, I'd like to say, this product is the only thing that works.
I tend to get overwintering ants every other year. I KNOW they are in the house, setting up in my walls because it's nice and warm. I got sugar (pharaoh) ants three times, and once rover ants, and those rover ants took the longest to get rid of. They were very slow moving and only came out about six at a time. Took about 3 weeks!

Have been using Terro Ant Bait for 3 weeks. Add to it every day. They keep coming into my kitchen and consume it all. How long is it going to take. Have purchased traps and liquid.

It works trust me and not even about ants inside trap its the ones you don't see it's taking out. They will swarm crazy at first don't kill any of those ants they're dead already ok

I must have a huge colony outside because it’s been about a week and there is still a good amount of ants going to the bait

These DO WORK!!! Replace the baits if they dry out or fill with dead ants. Your best cleanest option is to find where they come in the house & put them there. When ants get a whiff of this, all other trails die out & they concentrate on the bait. Allow them to take as much as they can back to the colony. That's what gets rid of your problem. Keep supplying fresh baits until there's no more ants coming in. 1 pack of these baits kills a WHOLE BUNCH of ants. You're doing your neighbors a favor!! We've been using these for years! One year was esp bad & we used the outside baits as well in the lawn and they worked great 👍 100% Terro don't waste your money on Raid.. tried that it doesn't work. Terro gets the damn ants. You can have them gone in 2 weeks. I swear by this.

don't even have that many ants, used this few days most ants are gone except few there for 2 weeks. Then after 2 weeks none were there and then 2 weeks later roughly a month since i placed more came back roughly 15 at a time what is going on. Am i suppose to leave this out again for another 2 weeks? I read online terro doesn't kill the queen. Can you guys do a controlled ant colony demonstration on this? Did i freaking attracted another colony into my house? I am pregnant atm didn't want to hire pest control to spray yet.

Works like a charm~! I have a little cabin in the woods. The ants had no idea that this was My Spot now, and that they were no longer welcome. So I put out the bait and, overnight, the message got out. They looked like a herd of mini cattle at the trough. Three days later... NO sign of ants.

TERRO® is AMAZING! I'm telling everyone I talk to that, if they have ants, they need to avoid the 'other' household name brands and buy TERRO®!
In a day and a half, I went from tons of ants on my kitchen counter to just two and within a couple hours, ZERO ANTS!
I'm sending a BIG hug to the makers of this wonderful (mind saving 😉) product! Well done!!! 💯%

p.s. I bought (from Amazon) the indoor and outdoor baits.

Day 5 with raid ant traps. The “collecting” ants have all slowed and died but the “scavenger” ants are still busy as bees. :( it’s in my bedroom and these things just aren’t dying. An old ant colony from before I moved in
