My favorite thing about your classes is always finding a new little stretch that I can melt into! Sometimes slight changes make a huge difference.

I love these short yoga videos! They are a perfect brain break or quick morning routine when I am short on time. I love the flow and focused practice. I basically just scroll though your all your videos on a regular basis, I enjoy your creative transitions so much!
