Today was a turning point for me... I've been very sad and a bit lost lately... The volcano tore down my walls and finally those healing tears came! I meditated afterwards and just cried. No I found true stillness. The earth carries me, the universe protects me. I am safe. Namaste <3

I had a headache a few hours before doing this. Seeing that there were a lot of poses which involved the head hanging down (which would only worsen my headache), I chose to let the video continue, but instead do my own practice. I did puppy pose, seated forward fold, I stretched my legs, I did planks, practiced my side planks (of which I'm still so proud)...etc. So, I didn't do what Adriene did, but I'm pretty sure she'd be proud of me. I know I am proud of myself.

I know you say this almost every practice, but it struck me in a new way today: “honor exactly where you’re at today.” Not where I’m almost at, not where I want to be in five years—although a daily practice is exactly what I need to reach goals, there’s something powerful in honoring exactly where I am today. Sort of like a snapshot on 35mm film, this day is temporary but still beautiful and REAL. It’s not made less valid by not *quite* being at my goal. This isn’t just a stop on the way, it’s where I’m at today, and that in and of itself is an accomplishment and a beautiful thing. Thanks for being with me almost every day this year and this month, Adriene and yogis around the world. I’m growing in my skills and in my self-love every day, and that’s because of you—you telling me every day that just showing up is an act of courage, and to take ownership of it by being proud. Thank you. Endless gratitude on this last day of July, the closest month I’ve come to meeting my goal of daily practice this year. ❤️🧘🏻‍♀️✨🌊

Dear Adriene, I have been following your 30 day "challenges" back to back and I love them. I've never been able to stick to an exercise so long until now. I would love a new 30 day routine that is a bit more intense! Something a bit more intermediate. Love you and keep doing what you are doing!

Today is my 2-year anniversary since I quit my job in healthcare. I was overworked and burned out and looking to express my purpose through joy. This was the perfect practice to celebrate ❤ thank you, Adriene.

Oh sweetie you give me so much hope. Can I really get back. To where I once was many decades ago. I taught yoga & now hoping at 68yrs old that I can find again my muscle memories again. Very out of shape. Need to try to win the battle Im having with fibro. Your the best bet for moving back in the right direction without injury. Thanks your amazing. Always love the slow hatha, holding the pose & feeling the gradual realease of the knots I ve been carrying. Slowly need to get back some flexibility. God bless for your safe gentle method of teaching. Sorry so long. Im just so grateful. Been grieving my beautiful daughter so Pain & sadness have been weighing me down. Holding me back. Need to move forward with u to honer her memory & start to heal my soul, mind & body. God bless ! 😏peace🌺

This is by far one of my favourites. Volcanoes are the best! I felt my energy bursting out through the fingertips! I love the slowness and awareness of this practice, as well as the spiritual depth it had for me, I feel really peaceful now. Like I can do anything. And I believe it, too. I can do anything. As Adriene says: "where attention goes, energy flows." An amazing practice. Thank you. See you tomorrow for day 27! Namaste.🙏😌

Wow that part where you made it supper quiet so we could hear are surroundings really did a number on me, that was some serious attention to detail, thank you Adrienne you are the freaking best.

It's crazy how both sides feel so different doing the same pose. Lizard on one side was like, no I don't want to do this please stop, but then on the other side I think I said out loud, "Oh dear god yes... yes..."

I am migraine-prone, and had to pause the video 2 times because of my headache but it was so soothing when you said “you might have an headache”. Almost felt like crying... thank you for your guidance as always Adriene ❤
