Two signs of cult behavior are:
1. You can't question the narrative.
2. Look what happens to those who disagree or try to leave.

I'm in the old days when I went to school. The students ask the teacher what their political beliefs were and they literally replied with "It's against my contract and I'm not legally allowed to discuss this because it can be seen as me manipulating my students into a specific mindset." That man is my hero in this modern era

Your experience sounds very similar to Yeonmi Park's (North Korean defector) situation at Columbia University. Everyone at the university was totally woke and tried to convince her that she is oppressed in the US and she was like, "No, I'm from North Korea. You guys have no idea what real oppression is."

"You hurt my feelings" is now a weapon. This is ridiculous in academic settings that prevent any sort of discussion or learning.

The worst thing about trigger warnings in college is they spoil the best part of the lecture.

You know what’s crazy? I’m black and when BLM was going on, I could care less. Because I knew it wasn’t gonna be like some big movement or something that’ll impact generations to come (if anything we regressed which is wild to think about but whatever). But I went into class hoping to not think about all that because I was sick of it and low and behold—EVERY FUCKING CLASS nonstop “Let’s talk about BLM” “Hey guys if you don’t wanna learn today and instead discuss BLM, let’s do that” LIKE BITCH I’m not paying you money to talk about social issues. If we’re in a social class sure fine. But this is science and math! I just want to know how to do this problem!

Like OMG! And everyone wasn’t even saying anything profound. The white people were either sitting there uncomfortable or saying “Oh yeah I didn’t know it was that bad…that sucks.” While the “people of color” (fucking hate that word) were just moaning about how unfair life is and how they’re super oppressed. …You are literally going to a private school and know more words than most sophomores in our country STFU.

Anyway! So glad to hear you talk about why you walked away from the left it’s always interesting to hear these types of stories! Amazing video!

i used to be a democrat, but people like misha, brett cooper, blaire white, and amala ekunobi really opened up my eyes. i’m now a conservative with views younger me would think was extremely disrespectful. now i have kept some of my old views like trans people can change their pronouns, i’m still pro choice, i now realize a lot of my old beliefs were a bunch of nonsense pushed apon me by tik tok and the media.

Yea. I've struggled keeping friends in recent years. I'm in my 20s and nearly everyone my age is what I could only call left. So. if I want to fit in I have to be fake; which I refuse to do.

I felt very similar to you. I lost many friends. When my college sent out a letter to students apologizing for being white supremacists and all this crazy stuff. I’m also a black woman. I lost white friends mostly. I was called anti black, anti lgbt. I was called twisted and told I don’t think correctly for an “oppressed black woman” (from non black people) The blm narrative that black people were oppressed and could do nothing made me sick and depressed. I dropped out off college and deleted my Instagram. I’m doing a lot better now. I see people are finally waking up to this nonsense and the damage it’s doing. Great video! Thank you for sharing 😊

I used to be a woke leftist but then my mental health got so bad that I had to go to a mental facility for a bit, when I got out I was very unplugged from social media so when I got back on I noticed that a lot of woke people online actually act very similarly to some of the patients who were in the facility with me. Specifically how their behaviors relate to black and white thinking which I now know can be a symptom of severe mental illness

My dad told me that the next time a teacher begins to start yapping about political stuff that isn't even relevant to the class or the material, then I should raise my hand and ask: "Excuse me, is this going to be on the test?" 😂😂 love my dad

I left the Democratic Party when they started telling me how to feel and how triggered I should be over insignificant things. I don’t blame everyone else for my shortcomings. If something triggers me, that’s on me. If something upsets me, that’s on me.

I’ve been happier since. I can fix my own issues easier than I can fix societies.

As a non American who watches everything going on from far away, there's So much division going on in the US right now, and it's getting bad every day, that country is pulling itself apart.
If no one couldn't beat the US, believe me when I say it's beating itself up as we speak.

I'm italian, looking America from overseas is kinda fascinating and scary. It's like watching the "fall of the Roman empire " but in real time .

I'm 20 year Air Force and a conservative. My Nephew, who also is Air Force, called me to tell me they were trans and their new name is Alexandria. I told her I love her no matter what and she said she was shocked because of my conservative views that I would still support her. We went on to talk about how this will affect her future in the Air Force and she asked if I voted for Trump. I said yes. She said goodbye and unfriended my on all social media and I haven't talked to her since 2017. Her liberal views were okay with me accepting her for who she is, but not inclusive enough to allow me to vote differently. She now makes Ted Talks for how unfairly she is treated as a trans in the Air Force. You can look her up; Alexandria Holder.

As a Gen-X female, formerly far lefty, THANK YOU for reassuring me that there are reasonable people in your generation speaking out against this fascism from the left.

If I had a dime for everytime a woman who identified as a man was in the Men's bathroom when I walked in, I would have 0 dimes. Notice how this only goes one way.

Misha, it's very refreshing to see a young woman from your generation who has NOT fallen for the woke left nonsense.
I was beginning to lose hope for the future.
People like you are a breath of fresh air, and a renewal of hope for the future.

Only hope that the powerful woke mob won't get you cancelled, like they did to me and many others.

I lost my childhood friends to the extreme left. They all turned on me.
